Our Story
Petralis Energy Resources was established in Texas in 2014 and launched its current East Texas acquisition and redevelopment strategy in 2019.
The operating model starts with producing properties, known reservoirs, and existing infrastructure, then creates value through acquisition judgment, workovers, artificial lift, selective drilling, and disciplined field execution.
That East Texas foundation—seven acquisitions, vertical and horizontal drilling, and a sustained program of well interventions and facilities work—now supports a broader role in international project development.
Texas Heritage & Global Reach
Petralis is headquartered in Houston. Its operated oil and gas platform is in the East Texas Basin, where the company acquires, restores, optimizes, and selectively drills mature assets.
Leadership experience across the United States, Venezuela, Canada, Australia, Norway, China, and other energy markets informs how opportunities are screened. That experience is not a claim that Petralis operates in every one of those countries. International work is pursued where local capability, infrastructure, and institutional coordination can support a disciplined project.
The current international focus is the Americas, including field execution in Venezuela through the strategic partnership with Grupo Consomka C.A.
