Acquire, restore, optimize, and drill selectively.
Since 2019, Petralis has completed seven acquisitions with a total transaction value of $10.5 million, building the current East Texas operating platform.
Drilling on that platform includes one vertical Pettit well and one 4,250-foot horizontal Cotton Valley well. Workovers, recompletions, and artificial lift remain central to how producing wells are restored and kept online.
Petralis no longer operates Gladewater Field or the Paluxy Jesse Owens Field.

International work is concentrated on mature resources and existing infrastructure paired with a local operating partner. The active partnership is with Grupo Consomka C.A. in Venezuela.
Project participation is subject to definitive agreements, applicable law, and required regulatory approvals. Petralis does not describe a prospect as an operated project until that basis is in place.
