Yanmiver Jiménez

Yanmiver Jiménez serves as Vice President of Refining & Refined Products at Petralis Energy Resources, where he leads the company’s strategic expansion into refined petroleum products, commercial partnerships, and new national and international markets.

In this role, Yanmiver is responsible for developing relationships with suppliers, buyers, terminals, logistics partners, and institutional counterparties across the refined products sector, including diesel, jet fuel, gasoline, fuel oil, and other petroleum derivatives. His focus is to help Petralis evolve beyond its upstream foundation in drilling and production by building a commercially disciplined downstream and trading-oriented platform connected to real demand, reliable supply, and compliant execution.

With experience in business development, energy transactions, strategic partnerships, and high-level commercial negotiations across the U.S., Latin America, and international markets, Yanmiver brings a relationship-driven and execution-focused approach to Petralis’ growth strategy. His work centers on opening new channels, structuring opportunities, identifying qualified counterparties, and positioning Petralis as a trusted participant in the refined products marketplace.

Through this new division, Petralis aims to complement its existing oil and gas production platform with broader market access, refined product opportunities, and strategic alliances that can create long-term value for partners, investors, and commercial clients.
