Compliance & Stewardship
Principled conduct is the public expression of the company’s faith.
Petralis states its standards in plain language: lawful activity, care for people and place, and accountability for what the company commits to do.
01
Health, safety, and environment
Work is planned so that people, assets, and the environment are protected. Field activity, contractor oversight, and operating reviews are part of that system, and the expectation is continuous improvement rather than a one-time checklist.
02
Anti-corruption
Petralis does not offer, request, or accept bribes or other improper advantages. Commitments to counterparties, public officials, and partners are expected to be lawful, documented, and consistent with the company’s books and records.
03
Sanctions and export controls
International activity is conducted in accordance with applicable U.S. and host-country laws, sanctions requirements, export controls, and required approvals. A commercial opportunity does not proceed where those requirements cannot be met.
04
Environmental stewardship
Resource development is treated as a responsibility. Projects are expected to respect land, water, air, and the communities that live with the operating footprint.
05
Community respect
Relationships with communities, landowners, employees, and local institutions are part of project design, not an afterthought once equipment is in the field.
06
Contractor standards
Contractors and suppliers are expected to work safely, lawfully, and in line with the standards Petralis applies to its own people. Field execution includes oversight of the firms doing the work.
07
Responsible capital
Capital is allocated against reservoir quality, infrastructure, operating risk, and the ability to execute. The standard is disciplined participation in real assets, with accountability for results.
08
Data and confidentiality
Operating data, counterparty information, and project materials are handled as confidential unless disclosure is authorized or required. Public descriptions of projects stay within what has been approved for release.
This page describes the company’s operating posture. It is not a certification, legal opinion, or representation that a particular permit, exemption, or government authorization has been issued.
